Production Time
Custom-made items are crafted within 5–10 business days after your order is confirmed.

Shipping Time
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 6–12 business days.

Estimated Total Delivery Time
Please allow approximately 11–22 business days in total, including production and transit time. This estimate excludes weekends, public holidays, and any possible customs or carrier delays.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. You can also check your delivery status on our Track Your Order page.
