What types of pets can you customize?
We can create personalized products for almost any pet, including dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, horses, and more.
If they're part of your family, we'd love to help celebrate them.
Can I include more than one pet in my design?
Yes!
Many of our products allow multiple pets to be featured together.
Please check the product description for specific customization options.
What kind of photo should I upload?
For the best results, we recommend:
• Clear, high-resolution photos
• Good lighting
• Your pet's face fully visible
• No blurry, heavily filtered, or obstructed images
If there is an issue with your photo, our team will contact you before production begins.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
If your order has not entered production, we may be able to update your photo, text, or personalization details.
Please contact us as soon as possible.
Can I preview my design before production?
Most products do not include a design preview in order to keep production times fast and efficient.
For certain special orders, our design team may contact you if additional approval is required.
Please review all uploaded photos and personalization details carefully before placing your order.
What if my photo is low quality?
Our team reviews every submitted photo before production.
If your image is not suitable for creating the best possible product, we will contact you and request a replacement photo.
Why might the final product look slightly different from my photo?
Because every item is custom-made, slight variations in color, size, printing, and material appearance may occur.
These minor differences are normal and do not affect the overall quality of your product.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does production take?
Most personalized orders are produced within 7-10 business days.
Production times may be longer during holidays and peak seasons.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times:
• United States: 5–10 business days
• Canada, United Kingdom & Australia: 7–15 business days
• Europe: 7–15 business days
• Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes!
We proudly ship to customers worldwide.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Absolutely.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
My tracking information hasn't updated. What should I do?
Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after shipment.
If your tracking has not updated for several days, please contact our support team for assistance.
What happens if my package is lost?
If your package appears lost in transit or cannot be delivered, please contact us immediately.
We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and provide an appropriate solution, including a replacement when applicable.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Do you accept returns?
Because all personalized products are custom-made specifically for each customer, we generally do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We will gladly provide a replacement or another suitable solution.
What if I am unhappy with my order?
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our support team and we'll do our best to make things right.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled or modified before production begins.
Once production has started, personalized orders cannot be canceled or changed.
Most orders enter production within 24 hours after purchase. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once production begins, we are unable to cancel, modify, or refund personalized orders, as each item is custom-made specifically for you.

Is my payment information secure?

All transactions are processed through secure encrypted payment systems. We do not store your complete payment information.
